Energy Efficiency Grants
Wyre Forest District Council is offering grants to landlords to make their property more energy efficient. You can receive 75% of the cost of the works, up to a maximum of £5,000 per property.
To qualify you need to have taken on a tenant who has been referred to you by us. We are also offering the grants to landlords who commit to take on a tenant from us. The property must already meet the minimum E energy rating. We hope that the improvements will reduce energy bills for the tenants. This will give them and the landlords more assurance on the affordability and stability of the tenancy.
ReWyre Lettings also works with tenants and landlords to check whether they are eligible for other grant funding. We will help with funding applications too.
