Property standards
Properties accepted on to any of the schemes must meet a minimum standard. The property must be free from any category one hazards under the Housing and Health Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and be in a clean and acceptable condition.
You will also need to provide a valid Landlords Gas Safety Certificate, Electrical Test Certificate and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
Vacant possession will be required before the property can be accepted on to any of the schemes.
